Donation Requests
Guilford Garden Center is proud to support local organizations through donations each year. If you’re a representative of a local non-profit organization and would like to request a donation, please use the request form below.
In addition to providing financial support, Guilford Garden Center believes in fostering community engagement. We actively participate in local events, sponsor workshops, and contribute to community gardens. Our aim is to not only support local organizations financially but also to empower them through knowledge and resources.
Donation Request Guidelines
- Requests must be submitted by a representative of a local non-profit organization.
- We prefer requests related to projects that benefit the local community, such as educational initiatives, environmental conservation projects, and health-related events.
- Please do not call or email for donation requests.
- Our donation budget is exhausted quickly each year, so we may not be able to honor all requests.
- In the past, we have supported numerous organizations such as local schools, health clinics, and environmental groups, showcasing our commitment to a diverse range of causes.
- Requests must be received at least 30 days before your event.

When filling out the donation request form, we encourage you to include specific details about how the donation will be used. This helps us understand your needs better and allows us to assess the impact of our contributions.
