Landscape Design & Consultation

Landscape Designer, Christina Larson, will walk your property and make suggestions to improve curb appeal, design new spaces, or renovate existing beds, lawns, or plant health. $75/hour. To schedule a consultation, click here.

Delivery

Getting plants and accessories back to your home can sometimes be a challenge. We offer delivery for pine needles, mulch, trees, shrubs, soils and more. Delivery starts at $18.00 depending on distance.

Garden Tool Sharpening

Clean, sharp tools are important. Dull tools can cause unnecessary damage. Drop your hand pruners, loppers, etc. off and we’ll clean, sharpen and lubricate them for you. Pick up usually by the next day. Hand tools $10.00. Long-handle tools $15.00.

Custom Container Planting

We carry a wide range of containers from hanging baskets to porch pots and window boxes. We specialize in putting your plants in the right containers the right way – helping ensure proper soil makeup and drainage for maximum performance.

Landscape Contractor Brokering

We work directly with area landscapers to provide a one-stop-shopping experience. Save time by getting everything you need to satisfy your customers, from trees, shrubs and flowers to soils and treatments.

Commercial Interiorscaping

Decorating the workplace with the right plants improves productivity, job satisfaction, health and attendance. We install and maintain, or simply recommend the right plants for each lighting situation.

Introducing Container Coaching

Personalized container coaching sessions at Guilford Garden Center in Greensboro, NC. We’ll assist you in selecting plants and learning design principles for your DIY containers.

Who is this service for?
If you prefer to arrange your own containers but struggle with the design process and have only a few containers to care for, this would be a great fit. Also if you desire a designer look without the high designer price and want to learn how to design your containers, this is for you.

How does it work?
The process involves meeting at Guilford Garden Center in Greensboro for a one-on-one coaching session. During the session, we assist in selecting plants for each container and teach design principles. You then take the plants home and arrange them, appearing as fabulous designers to others. The session is free with the purchase of plants.

Can you come to me?
Yes, we offer a home visit service where we can come to your home, design, and plant containers for $75 per hour.

How do I book?
Appointments are available Monday to Friday between 9 am and 4 pm, with the last appointment at 2 pm. When scheduling an appointment, providing photos and any location information, as well as the general style you are aiming for, is very helpful.
