Superthrive plant supplement really works!

So, it’s one of those products like you see if you just happen to be watching TV at about 3am because you’re having trouble sleeping. You know, the ones that sound like they’re going to cure all the worlds problems for only $19.99 plus shipping. Well, the label on a bottle of Superthrive kinda reads like that, with wild claims about saving trees and 2 years growth in one season etc. etc. Of course what makes these wild claims read even better is the fact that a lot of them seem to have been written with absolutely no regard whatsoever for the english language, or the rules which generally dictate how a proper sentence should be formed! Well, here’s a couple of examples from the Superthrive website and advertising lierature:

“Zero loss in 3000 acre project for USDA, versus 3% survival: next best. – A California University, for USDA”

“Highly cost-effective earlier”

“Saves human lives too. The one known means of keeping interior plants healthily over-coming and destroying otherwise-killing off-gassing pollutants in occupied tight buildings”

Sounds awesome doesn’t it?
Well, surprisingly, it is! This stuff really is amazing. Now granted, I think saying it can save lives might be pushing the bounds just a little, but we have all been impressed by what this stuff is capable of doing. It really can put two years growth on your plant in one season. It really can help bring back a plant from the brink of death. It really does lessen the effect of shock in transplanted plants. One description we have heard of this stuff is “it’s like Viagra for your plants”, and that actually seems pretty befitting of this product!

We first started carrying Superthrive because a customer had asked us if we were able to get her some, and after her exalting it’s virtues we figured we should keep it on a regular basis. Since then we have used it in our own homes and on plants around the garden center. Ask Jean the next time you’re in the store to show you the “Superthrive violet”.

So, as I said at the start of this post, it sounds like one of those products you only see advertised in the wee hours of the morning, but you know sometimes those products turn out to be real winners!
